Central Asian Countries Initiative for Land Management – CACILM

CACILM is a partnership between Central Asian countries and international donor community to combat land degradation and improve rural livelihoods and adapt to climate change in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

CACILM goal is to restore, maintain, and enhance the productive functions of land in Central Asia, leading to improved economic and social well-being of those who depend on these resources while preserving the ecological functions of the land.

CACILM implements a comprehensive and integrated approach to sustainable land management that would produce benefits at the local, national, and global levels.

Join CACILM Knowledge Network*

The CACILM Knowledge Network (CKN) facilitates sharing of information, promotes learning and knowledge exchange among organizations, executing agencies and practitioners for sustainable land management. It also is a tool for monitoring and coordinating CACILM project activities.
